@codyjackson7355 it's a soft padded track, and I just bought a new pair of memory foam Sketchers. I'm so out of shape after another long illness. I'm still boxing as well, but I needed to add some consistent walking 🚶‍♀️

Generally they use foam and/or co2 to smother the air. While they do that, they spray water around the area to keep it from spreading. But you have to be careful. Because oil sits on top of water. So if you totally flood the area, it could spread faster.

We chose this area after careful consideration of many areas of Thailand. Ban Chang and Rayong Province are economic powerhouses in the eastern economic corridor. The area is growing constantly with new infrastructure and housing. There are lots of expats here in Ban Chang, for sure. I'm glad you got something useful from the video. Thanks for the comment 👍

Yes. I loved watching Andrew. I love durian, but I can only eat small portions. The smell is truly horrible, but the taste is amazing. They say you either love the taste of the durian, or you hate it. It has a lot of health benefits, but there are also warnings ⚠️ associated with eating durian. No alcohol while eating durian is one example. It lowers blood sugar, which is great for diabetics.
